Operates a peer network made up of foster care alumni. Network members meet regularly, offer peer-to-peer support, meet with policymakers, and participate in child welfare advocacy opportunities.
Provides funds to eligible individuals to assist in successfully completing higher education. Funds awarded are up to $20/day or $5,000 in an academic year can be used to pay for tuition in an approved educational program, supplies, books, or daily living expenses. Youth may also apply for additional funds for the Educaton Training Voucher (ETV) available through Foster Care to Success.

Items may include kitchen dishware, dining flatware, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, bath mats, towels, waste baskets, shower curtains, bedding, pillows, comforters, sheets, brooms, buckets, detergents, ironing boards, irons, microwaves, shampoo, soaps, toothpaste, and religious items.
