Provides public insurance to cover medical services that may include doctor visits, some prescription drugs, hospital care, home care, long-term care, medical equipment, transportation, mental health, vision, dental, substance abuse services and other services. Most clients will have to choose and enroll in (will have their care provided by) a Managed Care Plan (MCP).
Provides assistance with gaining access to public housing for eligible individuals. Service includes filing proper forms, guidance on gathering accompanying documents, and submission of completed applications for public housing.

Provides funds to eligible individuals to assist in successfully completing higher education. Funds awarded are up to $20/day or $5,000 in an academic year can be used to pay for tuition in an approved educational program, supplies, books, or daily living expenses. Youth may also apply for additional funds for the Educaton Training Voucher (ETV) available through Foster Care to Success.
Provides navigation and referral services for youth and young adults who are or have been involved in the foster care system. Assists with accessing resources such as emergency housing, employment, scholarships, and so forth. Provides Flex Funds financial assistance to young adults who have transitioned out of foster care.

Provides a financial capability and matched savings program for youth who have touched foster care for even 1 day after the age of 14 until their 26th birthday. The program helps youth open a bank account in their own name and matches savings for the purchase of assets, like a car, rental support, debt relief, investments, or small businesses.
