Youth Navigator Network | Ohio Department Of Children And Youth
Provides navigation and referral services for youth and young adults who are or have been involved in the foster care system. Assists with accessing resources such as emergency housing, employment, scholarships, and so forth. Provides Flex Funds financial assistance to young adults who have transitioned out of foster care.

Eligibility
- Serves youth and young adults up to age 23 who are in foster care, who have recently transitioned out of foster care, or who had an open, ongoing case with Children's Services within the last 24 months. - Flex Funds financial assistance available only to young adults age 21-22 who aged out of foster care.
