Call any time. Phone number reaches the Child Abuse hotline. Will need to choose the option for Child Abuse and Neglect in order to reach services. Youth should describe themselves to the person who answers the phone as an Emancipated Youth in Need of Assistance. May need to leave a message that will be returned to set an appointment with a worker.

Ages 18 -21 who have aged out of foster care, either in Cuyahoga County custody or who were placed in Cuyahoga County during their foster care years.
