Offers the latest in digital screening mammography and breast health services at various locations throughout Central Ohio. During a screening mammogram, a picture of the breast is taken using X-rays. Most women should begin getting annual mammograms at age 40, although women under 40 who have a family history of breast cancer should start getting mammograms earlier - 10 years before the age the youngest family member was when they were diagnosed. (For example, if your mother was diagnosed at 40, you should start getting mammograms at 30.)

Provides enrollment counseling for MyCare Ohio, Ohio's Integrated Care Delivery System (ICDS) administered by the Ohio Dept of Medicaid. MyCare Ohio is a managed care plan selected by the state of Ohio to coordinate the physical, behavioral and long-term care services for individuals who are eligible for both Medicaid and Medicare. Enrollment is mandatory for people who are 18 or older, reside in Ohio and currently receive services from both Medicaid and Medicare.

Provides shared rental housing housing for mental health consumers. There are three separate properties: Third Project is for families, Wieder-Silver Manor is for families, and Franklin Apartments are single apartments.

Middle school programming for grades 6-8

Provides police protection services, maintains police records and police reports, assists in filing a missing persons report and offers fingerprinting for employment. Substance analysis may be performed in some cases.

Classes are tailored to individual needs. People in various states of Parkinson's may attend to improve their daily functioning. Class is rated at the intermediate level.

Provides educational lung health information for adults with emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, and other pulmonary illnesses.

Provides a naloxone kit to any community member. Naloxone is a prescribed nasal inhalant that reverses an opioid overdose. Kit includes 2 vials of medication, a small tip sheet on how to recognize an overdose, and where to access additional educational videos. Will receive instruction on how to recognize and respond to an overdose (as well as distinguish between different types of overdose) and how to administer intranasal Naloxone to reverse the opioid overdose. All training will be provided onsite or at a community partner location.

Provides information and support for individuals and families interested in becoming foster parents. Services include guidance throughout the decision-making process, assistance with foster care licensing requirements, connections to community resources, and access to Starting Point’s child care referral services. Helps participants research options and navigate the foster care system as part of Ohio Department of Children and Youth’s It Takes 100% Heart campaign.

Provides education and information concerning infant sleep safety to prevent Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. Participants sit through a short class to learn best practices such as placing the infant on its back to sleep in an empty crib and not sharing a bed with the infant. Provides qualified families with a portable crib upon completion of class.

Assists individuals having issues getting birth certificates or basic documents that would help in getting a driver's license or state ID. Provides help removing barriers that may exist when someone is trying to apply for a birth certificate.

Provides a free community meal.

Provides short-term, one-on-one counseling for survivors of sexual abuse and rape, and non-offending family members. Agency breaks down and offers counseling to the following age groups: Child and family (ages 3-12); Adolescent and family (ages 13-20); and Adult (age 21+).

Offers an 8-week mutual support groups whose members are survivors of sexual assault and trafficking who are looking for support through their healing process. Provides emotional support, information, and resources to help participants recover from their ordeal.

Provides canned and boxed goods as well as fresh produce.

Provides probation for youth who are found to be delinquent but are not placed in a residential facility. Offers probationers case management and referrals to needed supportive services such as drug treatment and mental health services. Makes investigations in order to prepare dispositional reports. In some cases, may arrange for community service when mandated by the court; in cases where the community service is not arranged, will provide information on how to fullfill those requirements.
