In addition to CWRU School of Medicine, the consortium includes Bowling Green State University, Miami University, Ohio University of Osteopathic Medicine and Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. Assists and connects older adults to in-home and community-based services to help foster and maintain their independence. Services include personal care and homemaking. No more than six hours of personal care/homemaking assistance provided per week.
