If the legal problem cannot be solved over the phone, the client may be referred to a private attorney who can provide the service. Also offers pamphlets on a variety of legal topics.

On site the Center offers Blood Pressure Checks, legal counseling, and a benefit bank. Social and recreational activities may include social meetings, craft classes, line dancing, cards, trips, yoga and exercise classes. The Center is a consortium of nationally recognized academic leaders in gerontology and geriatric medicine. In addition to CWRU School of Medicine, the consortium includes Bowling Green State University, Miami University, Ohio University of Osteopathic Medicine and Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. Also makes available training modules/curriculum about a variety of topics related to aging, especially Alzheimer's disease.
