Agency provides follow-up with the client. Goal is to minimize the number of calls and contacts the consumer has to make, and encourage the use of the least costly and least restrictive services.

Provides educational programming, training, and consultation about gerontology and geriatric issues to faculty, health care professionals and consumers throughout the State of Ohio in order to improve health care for older adults. The Center is a consortium of nationally recognized academic leaders in gerontology and geriatric medicine. In addition to CWRU School of Medicine, the consortium includes Bowling Green State University, Miami University, Ohio University of Osteopathic Medicine and Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. Also makes available training modules/curriculum about a variety of topics related to aging, especially Alzheimer's disease.
