Phone consultation and referral are free. Costs for legal services provided by referral attorneys vary depending on household income. Printed brochures are free unless several copies are requested by an organization. A nominal fee would apply to cover postage.

Provides free legal assistance via phone regarding problems that affect older adults living in Ohio. Subject areas include civil law issues such as consumer problems, Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, subsidized housing, wills and estates. If the legal problem cannot be solved over the phone, the client may be referred to a private attorney who can provide the service. Also offers pamphlets on a variety of legal topics.
