AGING AND DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER (ADRC) | WESTERN RESERVE AREA AGENCY ON AGING
Provides one-on-one information and assistance to aging adults and individuals with disabilities to help identify a wide variety of needs and preferences, and to access community resources, benefit programs and other available social, medical and residential services. Also helps ensure that individuals and their caregivers are aware of the various living options, care options, and supportive services available to them.

Eligibility
Serves people who meet age requirements and are homebound or cannot leave home. Serves Cuyahoga, Geauga, Medina, Lake, and Lorain County residents age 60 or older, or age 18-59 with a disability. Can also work with caregivers or family members.
