Provides information and referral of social services and benefits information to older adults. Will provide assessments in the home for residents when needed. Offers counseling to help seniors cope with life-style changes, personal, marital, and family problems. Assist with forms completion and maintains a registry of chore service providers.

Plans, coordinates, and administers programs and services to older adults and their caregivers. Serving the communities of South Euclid, Lyndhurst, Highland Heights, Mayfield Heights and Mayfield Village. Many programs and activities are open to all adults 60+ years of age.
