Provides 24 hour crisis intervention, reassurance, information and referral; emergency linkage to community agencies, police, hospitals, emergency assistance. A Victims Advocate provides community support, advocacy and reassurance to victims of crime following a traumatic experience.

Provide Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention services to Mahoning, Columbiana, Trumbull and Ashtabula Counties; 24/7 2-1-1 Information and Referral access for Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull Counties and after hours for Ashtabula and Lake Counties; after hours link to various agencies in Mahoning, Columbiana, Trumbull and Ashtabula Counties; support groups for Survivors of Suicide; Senior Line; housing assistance and payee programs; Intensive Guardian Program; Recovery Services (Mahoning and Trumbull counties); Victim's Assistance; Community Center (Mahoning and Columbiana Counties); Special Navigator for Families with Special Needs.
