The maximum amount for bill payment assistance is $500 for regulated utilities and $800 for unregulated (usually government such as the City of Columbus). Provides window air conditioners and/or fans to qualifying individuals. Can pay up to $1500 to repair central A/C units of homeowners as long as there is no outstanding payment on the electric bill. Must be repaired by a state certified vendor.
