Provides utility assistance for water, sewer, electric, heating fuel, and gas. Clients may need to provide a partial payment on the utility in question in cases where the agency is not able to cover all of the bill in question.

Eligibility
Serves Geauga County residents with income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Must verify a recent financial hardship. This program is for those who cannot receive assistance through other community resources (such as Job and Family Services and/or Geuaga County United Way).
