Serves Darke County households with income at or below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines. Utility bills must be in a household member's name. During HEAP season, must be referred to winter HEAP first. Families residing in subsidized housing who do not pay a heating bill are generally not eligible. Funding for this program is on a variable schedule and may not always be available.
Proof of income for all household members 18 years and older, household members' information, and utility bill.

Provides a one-time payment to help prevent service disconnection or to restore service for the following utilities: electric, gas and water. Can also be used for a one-month supply of bulk fuel.
