The after-school and summer programs include recreation and entertainment and personal social development programs, particularly those aimed at educational enhancement, increasing self-esteem and cultural awareness, alcohol and drug avoidance, and helping youth to increase their ability to cope with stress and manage social problems.

As individuals approach their senior adult years, their Service and Support Administrators (SSAs) can assist them with resources and supports in such areas as: Home modifications that can allow an individual to remain more independent and safe in their home Benefits planning related to Medicaid, Medicare or SSI Retirement and financial planning resources Staying active in the community and engaged in meaningful activities Connecting with resources from the Area Agency on Aging, the Coshocton County Task Force for Older Adults or Coshocton County Senior Center Timely medical care, in-home health services, physical therapy etc. Helping individuals/team locate assisted living or nursing facilities for rehabilitation or long-term care as needed

Performs services to protect and promote public health in Fulton County. This is done by regulation enforcement, inspections and providing educational materials and programs for the public. In order to protect and promote public health, the enviornmental health division works closely with local, state, and national, and non-governmental agencies.

Provides administrative services for the township.

Oversees maintenance of city streets before, during and after a major snowfall. This includes patching potholes and snow clearance. Complaints or questions regarding any of these areas may be made by calling the office.

Accepts donations of used computers. Donations are either recycled or sold in the agency's retail stores.
