Provides after school and summer activities that offer pro-social activities for youth. The after-school and summer programs include recreation and entertainment and personal social development programs, particularly those aimed at educational enhancement, increasing self-esteem and cultural awareness, alcohol and drug avoidance, and helping youth to increase their ability to cope with stress and manage social problems.
