Provides help for veterans of the US military who are students of the college with accessing school services and with achieving their educational goals. Help includes counseling to determine academic/career goals, help applying for veterans' educational assistance through government programs, financial aid offered through different branches of the military, tutoring for success in enrolled classes and access to educational accommodation for those with disabilities.

Aims to assist Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing people and their families in becoming fully participating members of the community. Supports the full inclusion for people who are Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing in all community activities and works to help affected people understand their rights.

This may include the use of medication in which a psychiatric evaluation is used to determine the need for medication; prescription of an appropriate drug; and periodic follow-up to monitor the effectiveness of the medication.
