Eligibility
- Serves families of children (age 21 or under) receiving treatment at any Greater Cleveland medical facility. Call the Family Services Manager on Duty for possible exceptions.
- Individuals age 18 years and over must pass a criminal background check.

Photo ID and background checks for adults. A referral from the hospital/medical facility is needed to start the room request process. See website for more information.
