Eligibility
Individuals recently released from incarceration and anyone who has been justice-involved who finds themselves facing barriers to moving forward with the basic necessities in life and what will assist them in moving forward to being self-sustainable for themselves and their families. Family members are welcome to contact the agency for information for their loved ones who may not be currently available.

Works in a collaborative effort with various community partners, business, organizations, employers, and stakeholders within the tri-county area to provide necessary services for anyone whose life has been affected due to any form of interaction with the criminal justice system. Hosts ODRC monthly Citizen Circle meetings on the first Wednesday of each month from 11-1 p.m. on site.
