Applications can be completed and submitted over the phone. Can also provide food pantry referrals to the agency's six County food partner sites.

Provides groceries to those who have limited transportation options. Agency will attempt to refer clients to other community resources that may help the client access food. If there are no other resources available, the agency will deliver food to the client.
Provides listings of medical (podiatry, primary care and more) providers who are willing to provide service to those who cannot leave their home.
Provides names, phone numbers, and specialties of listed physicians that are located in the caller's geographic area. Information on schooling and hospital practice is also available on physicians that are members of the organization. Lists physicians that will make house calls if information is provided to agency on application.
