- Screens for a wide variety of services and programs available to seniors and / or adults with disabilities. - Collects client information and then determines what programs they are eligible for. - Will help fill out paperwork for programs and services such as HEAP, Medicaid, and various types of insurance. - Assistance with unemployment forms is restricted to advising clients on the types of documents they need to complete the forms required by Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.

Provides in-home and community based services, including home-delivered (Meals-On-Wheels) and congregate meals, and a variety of cultural, recreational and educational programs, to Medina County residents over the age of 60. Functions as an Aging and Disability Resources Center (ADRC), offering information and assistance, options counseling and benefits screening for older adults and adults with disabilities.
