Can provide defense in limited criminal matters including vacating pending traffic violations, managing misdemeanors, or dealing with probation or low-level felony warrants. Provides help with sealing of criminal records/expungement (and in some cases may be able to lessen or remove some penalties). Provides help with lawsuits arising from credit disputes, civil actions, and home foreclosures. Assists with the preparation of simple wills and assistance with some probate matters.
