Serves adults age 18 and older who are facing a criminal case in the Garfield Heights Municipal Court and who are found to be in financial need as determined by the court. Garfield Heights Municipal Court jurisdiction includes: Garfield Heights, Brecksville, Cuyahoga Heights, Independence, Maple Heights, Newburgh Heights, Walton Hills and Valley View.
M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm.

Service will be offered on first court date (arraignment) and may be requested at court dates afterward. If client requests service, forms will be given to the client to fill out. May write to the presiding Judge to request service. Phone to request mailing address or for other information.

Fixed application fee (does not have to be paid up front and in some cases may be waived). May have to pay court costs. Alternate payment plans may be arranged if necessary.
