Provides legal representation (licensed attorney) to indigent minors in unruly and delinquency matters. Provides legal representation to indigent minors who are involved in a custody case where Geauga County Job and Family Services (GCJFS) is involved. Also provides legal representation for parents of children who have been removed from the home by GCJFS: mainly dependency, abuse, and neglect cases. Will also represent incarcerated parents who are involved in a GCJFS custody case.

Provides legal representation for people who do not have the ability to pay for an attorney. Only serves those persons charged with criminal violations, minors in delinquent and unruly matters, and parents of children who have been removed from the home by the Geauga County Dept. of Job and Family Services.
