Eligibility

Serves adults age 18 and older who are facing a criminal case in the Parma Municipal Court and who are found to be in financial need as determined by the court. Parma Municipal Court jurisdiction includes: Parma, Parma Hts., Seven Hills, Broadview Hts., Brooklyn, Brooklyn Hts., N. Royalton, and Linndale.

Application process

Service will be offered on first court date (arraignment) and may be requested at court dates afterward. If client requests service, paperwork must be filled out at the probation office. May phone for information M-F: during hours of service. May also visit website anytime for information.
