Seeks also to prevent abuse within families who may be at risk due to a variety of stressors including: large family size, teenage single parenting, financial problems, drug problems, special needs children, etc. Teaches how to deal with child and parent anger issues, to handle conflicts and manage stress, to recognize cues from children and address their needs, to administer reward and punishment, and to build better communication among family members.

Provides PIPP Enrollment and Recertification program, a year round payment plan that offers households' affordable monthly percentage payments that help maintain services. Each time a household makes their PIPP Plus payment on time and in full, the household will receive a credit towards old utility debt and prevent new utility debt from occurring.

Offers disaster assistance for victims of disasters, such as fire or flood, who have no other resources. Assists with immediate basic needs, generally during the first two weeks following a disaster. Assists in temporary financial assistance for food, clothing and other needs, clean-up supplies and crisis counseling. Does not provide help for secondary related problems such as flooding from sewer backup and does not provide food replacement or other assistance due to power outages not connected with a disaster. The type and amount of assistance provided are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Services include lab, pharmacy, immunizations, infectious disease team, and reproductive health services (Family Planning of Northeast Ohio). COVID-19 Temporary Message: Signature Health is now providing COVID-19 testing in Ashtabula. Clients who see Signature Health for primary care should contact their doctor. Someone who is not currently a patient of Signature Health should contact their COVID-19 testing hotline at 440-578-8203 Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM to speak with a triage nurse. Signature Health is continuing to offer all services. There are doctors, counselors, case managers, and supervisors on site every day. Hours of operation are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Telehealth will be used as much as possible. Anyone who enters the building will have their temperature taken. If someone brings a patient/client they will be asked to wait outside. These Medical Services will be provided in person as needed:

• Infectious Disease
• Injections
• New patients for Medication Assisted Treatment induction

Pharmacy hours of operation are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Prescriptions can be mailed or delivered (preferred methods) or picked up at the office.

2-1-1 Ashtabula County

Provides counseling to deal with a variety of life transition and other general counseling issues. Includes counseling around health problems, issues of loss (bereavement, grief) , counseling for issues that arise after the birth of a child, marriage counseling, and general counseling for youth. A mental health counselor addresses emotional aspects of infertility at one location. Not all services are offered at every location.
