Eligibility

Serves eligible veterans - must have lived in Ohio for at least one year. Must have served during a time of war or have received one of the following decorations: Purple Heart, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Navy/Marine Corps Expeditionary Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Southeast Asia Service Medal. Must have received an honorable discharge. Must have a health condition or disability to the point where the individual is unable to earn a living.
