Provides medication-assisted counseling that helps individuals recover from addictions. Medications used include Suboxone, Zubsolv and Vivitrol. All participants are required to use the following services: drug testing, individual and group counseling and case management, as appropriate. Participants must agree to a behavioral contract regarding the rules of the treatment program in order to prevent diversion and increase the potential for successful recovery.

Operates and maintains the City of Fairborn's (only) underground water distribution pipes, valves, and fire hydrants. Operates the city's underground sanitary sewer system and pump stations. Maintains storm sewer pipes, storm inlets, and open drainage ditches. Operates and maintains the city's water treatment plant and well fields.

Licenses food service operations, restaurants, retail food establishments, mobile and temporary food vendors, and vending machines which dispense perishable items, and conducts periodic inspections of these facilities. Assists those who are planning to open businesses of these types in applying for the proper licensing. Responds to consumer complaints about these establishments. Reports and investigates food-borne illnesses. Answers questions about food recalls.

Offers a variety of sports and recreation programs, including swimming in both indoor and outdoor pools (instruction available), free weights and machines, adult softball, and youth t-ball, softball, baseball, basketball, and flag football.

Provides one-on-one parenting skills instruction with with a trained volunteer using a curriculum focused on issues facing fathers. Participants have the opportunity to earn points that may be used to purchase baby items from the agency such as: infant clothing, formula, and diapers.

Offers Equine Facilitated Mental Health for individuals with addiction, anxiety, PTSD, trauma and other mental health issues. Clients handle, groom, and ride horses as a part of an experiential habilitation or therapy program in which the horse serves as a co-facilitator or co-therapist. Certified Counselors may bring their clients to the farm where the agency will provide the Equestrian Therapy while the client's counselor/licensed therapist will hold their counseling session.

Provide food pantry.

Helps those who find themselves in need of assistance with emergency shelter.

Offers parent education classes for expecting indivuals and families. Subjects include maternal health, giving birth, feeding baby, home and family life, and more.

Provides an eight week organized sports, academic and enrichment summer day camp program.

Offers a pharmacy open on a 24-hour basis to fill emergency prescriptions.

Links people who are in need of primary or specialized medical care with Ohio State medical practitioners. A referral specialist helps patients find a physician that is accepting new patients and make an informed decision by answering questions about a doctor's educational background as well as types of insurance accepted and office hours.

Serves as the chief administrator for the City of Brecksville.

Assigns area youth to summer jobs with employers within 1-3 miles of their home. Jobs typically have included gardening, maintenance, clerical, arts/cultural, IT, recreation aides, and camp counselors.

Offers medical equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, stair and chair lifts and shower/bath seats, compression garments, orthopedic braces and more.
