Inmate telephone calls may be paid for through one of the following three options: 1.) The inmate places a collect call that the receiver pays 2.) The receiver prepays for the collect call at a discounted rate and 3.) The inmate prepays for the collect calls that he/she makes. Also offers a means by which individuals may restrict calls from all Ohio prisons or from a specific inmate.

Insures proper handling of solid wastes and hazardous materials including radiative substances, toxic fumes, and explosives. Handles non-emergency complaints about violations of state's environmental protection laws. Examples of complaints include (but are not limited to) smoke or heavy dust emissions from industrial facilities, illegal dumping, burning of trash or tires, drinking water issues, destruction or draining of wetlands, and discharging industrial or agricultural waste into water or storm sewers. Offers opportunities for citizens to participate in public advisory groups, public information sessions, and public hearings. Can provide information regarding lead in water including if the area is under an advisory and/or what actions one can take.

Treatment foster care is designed for youth who have difficulties with behavior, school problems, substance abuse, physical, medical, or emotional needs and/or other conditions that require a foster placement. Also, trains and license therapeutic foster parents.

Clubhouse is a free after school and summer tutoring program. At Clubhouse, teens help build life skills, and confidence in a child's ability through enrichment programs.

Provides education and support services for individuals with asthma and their families. Offers client in-home assessment and suggestions for the control of asthma.

Provides weekday hot meals for older adults.

Provides a program that substitutes Methadone for opiates (heroin, oxycontin, etc). Goal is to then gradually reduce the client's dosage of Methadone (which suppresses opiate withdrawal symptoms) so as to end the cycle of addiction. Program includes individual and group counseling as well as recovery groups. Those who want opiate detoxification services will be referred to a hospital.

Rocking Horse Community Health Center addresses the community's primary care and acute health care needs. Also provides therapeutic services for children and families. On site staffing for Medicaid eligibility.

Provides formal instruction that focuses on developing a child's understanding and knowledge of basic skills such as reading, writing and arithmetic.

PIPP Plus is an extended payment arrangement that requires regulated gas and electric companies to accept payments based on a percentage of the household income. If the client heats with gas or electric, they pay five percent of their monthly household income. If they heat and cool with electricity, they pay ten percent of their monthly household income.
