Services offered will vary with the cemetery. Provides a headstone or marker to be placed at any cemetery but does not pay for placement of the headstone or marker if not at a national cemetary. VA will pay up to $796 toward burial and funeral expenses for deaths on or after October 1, 2019 (if hospitalized by VA at time of death), or $300 toward burial and funeral expenses (if not hospitalized by VA at time of death), and a $796 plot-interment allowance (if not buried in a national cemetery). Provides United States burial flags and memorial certificates.

Provides inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services for patients with impairments and disabilities in the areas of: mobility, self-care, communications, swallowing and cognition, with impairments that may result from: accidents, illnesses, or natural causes. These patients’ medical needs may range from simple to very complex, or may be chronic in nature. Issues of endurance and safety, psychosocial, vocational and recreational needs are also addressed. Our rehabilitation team includes the patient and family members working together to restore the patient his or her community.

Accepts compaints and issues concerning the city's law enforcement.

Answers questions about and enforces the Ohio Dental Practice Act. Accepts and, where possible, attempts to resolve complaints regarding the licensing, incompetence, negligence, violation of laws regulating dispensation of dangerous drugs and narcotics, quality of service, excessive fees, misrepresentation, fraud, unprofessional conduct, or other inappropriate business practices of dentist and dental support personnel. Cannot handle billing disputes.

Provides a food pantry for people in need. Provides five (5) days worth of food.

Provides basic healthcare services for veterans. Dietary/Nutrition services available with physician's referral only.

Provides intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment. Can provide Vivitrol (naltrexone) maintenance for those with alcohol dependency.

Provides formal supervision for those awaiting trial or on community control (probation) as ordered by the court. Supervises probationers and monitors compliance to the conditions of their probation as well as providing other services such as referrals for social services. Specialized probation services provided for those needing intensive supervision such as those who are mentally disordered offenders, mentally retarded offenders, and sex offenders. Places offenders into drug treatment when needed. Provides case management for those in drug treatment and acts as a liaison between the court, client, and treatment facility. Also supervises persons in the work release and home detention programs.

Provides assistance to locate, activate and coordinate a variety of in-home services needed by frail elderly persons age 60 and older who are at risk of entering a nursing home. This short term, acute care program provides needed assistance following Hospital stay or until other long-term care arrangements can be made Services available could be personal care, transportation, homemaker, home-delivered meals, respite, adult day care, home repair and case management.

Short-term residential facility providing crisis stabilization for persons experiencing or recovering from a mental health and/or substance use crisis and in need of an intermediate level of care. Clients areadmitted when they are stepping down inpatient psychiatric units or diverted from inpaitent psychiatric admission. Focus on stabilizing the current crisis and mobilzing recources as person can be treated in a less restricitive setting.

Assists customers who are having financial difficulties because their family members have been called to active military duty. Customers participating in the program may elect to defer paying either all or a part of their monthly electric bill. When the family member in the military service returns home, the account will be reviewed to determine payment arrangements for the balance owed.
