Discounted Sewer Service | Metropolitan Sewer District Of Greater Cincinnati

Eligibility

Open to adults 65 and older who own and live in their residence with a Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) less than $38,600 per year.

Application process

Application and annual renewal required. Individuals can apply online (first time applicants), by email, or by mail. To apply by mail, call to request a hard copy of application. MSD will mail you when it is time to renew your application. Can appeal rejection at City of Cincinnati's Office of Administrative Hearings.
