Provides emergency medical services and fire protection for the City of Richmond Heights. Also provides information on carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, and offers periodic CPR classes. CPR classes is not a Healthcare Provider Course.

Provides quality health care for the entire family, including midwifery, comprehensive women's health, behavioral health, help by phone, support groups for patients, and health and wellness education. Helps clients find patient assistance programs and assists in filling out paperwork.

Provides vouchers to assist with past due house/apartment/mobile home lot rent payments, mortgage payment (will help with first month's rent but not security deposits - $1,000 maximum per 12 month period); utility bill payment assistance (including gas, electric, bulk fuel water - $500 maximum per 12 month period). May also assist with the purchase or repair of major appliances ($750 maximum per calendar year). May assist with the purchase of bed frame, box springs, mattress, cribs and child beds ($500 maximum in 12 month period). Provides up to $2000 in moving expenses in certain cases (once per lifetime). In some cases may be able to help with home repair services (generally, only enough to cover a small repair). May consider assisting with other housing related needs at the discretion of the agency. Does not assist with PIPP Plus payments.

Women's health care services cover a broad spectrum of preventative health information, education programs and screenings; diagnostic services and treatment programs to keep you well and restore you to good health if a medical problem arises.

Providing ongoing in-home needs assessment from licensed social workers, care planning, and consultation to help vulnerable seniors maintain their independence through Senior Supportive Services. Assistance is provided for financial management, medical appointments, insurance, transportation, and housing needs, and by linkage to other community services.
