If you observe a wildlife violation, call the toll-free reporting line or visit website to submit a TIP (Turn In a Poacher) form. The TIP program is helping to curtail poaching throughout the state. TIP is designed to involve the public in reporting wildlife violations.

Provides support to foster parents and kinship caregivers taking care of young children are provided a Care Kit containing items such as: household cleaning supplies, personal grooming products and items, grocery store gift cards, gas cards, baby food/formula (if needed), bed sheets, and children's clothing.

Provides a thrift shop offering gently used clothing, shoes and accessories, jewelry and watches, small appliances, kitchen items, home décor, exercise and outdoor tools, games, stuffed animals, toys, books, vinyl records, tapes, CDs, videos, DVDs, and furniture (chairs, tables, nightstands, bookcases). Offers homeless animals up for adoption. All animals are spayed/neutered, up-to-date shots, are wormed, heartworm tested for dogs and FIV and feline leukemia tested for cats.

Offers a course for mothers and partners which covers many topics which are part of the birth process - labor, pain management, normal new baby behavior, new baby care, postpartum depression, etc. Each night offers a component of Lamaze technique to assist the mother. Participants receive a wealth of printed materials. Each five-week class series includes a tour of the birthing center, including a look at the birthing suites and postpartum unit. (even if they will not deliver at Metro). Participants in this course are also eligible to have the assistance of a doula (a skilled woman to assist the mother at the birth).

Provides a Mayor's Court for the City of Maple Heights; cases heard are waiverable traffic and parking offenses, housing ordinance violations and minor misdemeanors. All other cases are heard by the Garfield Heights Municipal Court. Any case involving a not guilty plea is also heard by the Municipal Court.
