Eligibility
Serves residents of Portage County who are foster parents or kinship caregivers (a family member such as an aunt, uncle, or grandparent with or without legal custody of the children in care).
Required documents
Will require some sort of documentation that the children are in the client’s care. Examples: court papers, benefit paperwork, mail from the child’s school. Anything at all that links the caregiver and child together. Agency will advise when the client calls.

Provides support to foster parents and kinship caregivers taking care of young children are provided a Care Kit containing items such as: household cleaning supplies, personal grooming products and items, grocery store gift cards, gas cards, baby food/formula (if needed), bed sheets, and children's clothing.
