The Revive + Thrive Program offers eligible homeowners in Hamilton County a 2% interest loan ranging from $5,000 to $25,000, depending on their ability to repay. Warsaw Federal services the loans, which must be used for home repairs in the following order of priority: addressing health hazards such as lead, mold, or asbestos; correcting existing code violations; completing other essential, non-cosmetic repairs that improve the health, safety, and livability of the home. Working in Neighborhoods serves as the program's Intake Center, assisting homeowners through the application process. Once approved, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati manages the repairs, including hiring contractors and scheduling the work. Additionally, all payments are handled directly between vendors, so homeowners do not need to manage or transfer any funds themselves.
