Provides a mentoring program for youth in which volunteer adult mentors serve as role models, tutors, and friends. Participating youth are matched with a mentor and spend at least a few hours a month for at least a year with their mentor. The mentors and their Little Brothers or Little Sisters plan their own activities.

The School of Hope provides preschool classes for children, ages three - five (3-5) years of age, who have been determined to have a disability. Individual and small group instruction is provided in the areas of fine gross and gross motor skills, self-help, cognitive, language, and socialization. The School provides classes for school-age children, ages six through twenty-one years (6-21), who have been evaluated by their local school district with a determined need for intense services provided to special needs children in a separate facility. Students receive individual and small group instruction in functional daily living skills, communication, vocational training, adaptive physical education, social skills, and community awareness.

Provides assistance with home energy bills for low income households. One-time benefit applied to utility bill.

Provides a housing project designed for men who want to acquire additional recovery and life skill tools. The program requires placement for up to 12 months.

Provides a five-day holding correctional facility for the City of Strongsville.

The FSS program is designed to provide families with support and guidance to gain or maintain financial independence. FSS is an opportunity for you to improve your personal financial situation FSS will put cash into a special savings account (called an escrow account) to reward you if you increase earned income and successfully complete the program. As your earned income increases, so does the amount that FSS deposits into the escrow account for you each month. FSS clients have earned upon completion amounts ranging from $500 to $12,000. FSS provides case management support to help participants achieve goals related to employment, education, finances or even home ownership. Your FSS Case Manager will work with you and your family to set short and long-term goals. We will identify together steps to take to achieve those goals. Your Case Manager will provide you with the guidance, resources and support you need to move forward towards self-sufficiency.

Provides assistance with exploring, securing, and maintaining employment for individuals with severe mental illness(es) and other barriers to employment. Participants may receive information and guidance regarding exploring their career interests, locating job opportunities, preparing a resume, completing job applications, adjusting to new employment, etc.

Provides a 10-week class for people living with a mental illness.

Provides health education, primary care and respiratory medicine, as well as care for sleep disorders, asthma, allergies and mental health counseling.

Provides high-quality, cost effective Behavioral Health Counseling Therapy/AOD. Counseling services are available on an individual or group basis.

The Court receives applications for a change of name. The hearing date for the request of a name change must be published. If good reason and proper cause exist, the Court may grant the name change.

• Investigation of victims’ rights violations
• Referrals for victims and survivors to applicable resources for additional assistance
• Assistance to victims with preparation of impact statements and restitution paperwork
• Title IX cases with an accompanying criminal case
