Maternal Depression Information And Referral Network | Alcohol, Drug Addiction And Mental Health Services Board Of Summit County

Helps link women to treatment providers to assist with concerns regarding maternal mood disorders including anxiety and depression. NOTE: This is not a direct service or counseling service. Summit County Maternal Depression Network (SCMDN) has agreements with multiple treatment providers that expedite treatment services for women referred through the network.

Adult Probation, Pretrial, Diversion, And Post Conviction Services | Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court - General Division

Provides formal supervision for those awaiting trial or on community control (probation) as ordered by the court. Supervises probationers and monitors compliance to the conditions of their probation as well as providing other services such as referrals for social services. Specialized probation services provided for those needing intensive supervision such as those who are mentally disordered offenders, mentally retarded offenders, and sex offenders. Places offenders into drug treatment when needed. Provides case management for those in drug treatment and acts as a liaison between the court, client, and treatment facility. Also supervises persons in the work release and home detention programs.

Community Residence Program | Ravenwood Health

Provides a program for severely mentally disabled adults, most of whom have previously lived in residential treatment facilities, who have progressed to the point where they require less supervision and support and are able to live more independently in the community. Provides housing in various agency-owned an/or managed homes located throughout Geauga County. The residential services staff and community support staff provide assistance and support as needed to help ensure successful independent living.

Voices Worth Hearing | Mental Health America Of Ohio

This confidential, self-help support group is peer-led and is only open to people with a diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder or other diagnosis that includes symptoms of psychosis. A mental health professional attends the meetings and serves as advisor at the Westerville and West Columbus locations. The groups provide positive, mutual support and fellowship to people living with these disorders. Voices Worth Hearing is co-sponsored by Concord Counseling and Community Support Network. Each group averages approximately 6 to 12 members at each weekly meeting.
