Provides an "intentional friendship" program that matches adults recovering from mental illness with volunteers who offer support and friendship. Support is offered through face-to-face contacts and/or by phone. Matches adult volunteers who do not have a mental illness with severely mentally ill clients. Participants and volunteers also take part in social-recreational group activities, health and wellness activities, and general socialization for the purpose of friendship.

Arranged mutual convenience by the volunteer and the client, averaging 1 hour a week. At least three group recreational events are scheduled per month, usually afternoons or early evenings.

Provides a variety of outpatient mental health services, including assessment, individual and group counseling, psychiatric care and case management for adults, older adolescents, and families with severe mental illness. Offers specialized recovery programs to complement clinical care for building effective skills for healthy living and self-sufficiency, and resiliency. Also provides community outreach, presentations for community groups, Mental Health First Aid trainng for groups and organizations.
