Eligibility
Must have a household income less than 125% of the poverty level and be a United States citizen (with some exceptions in domestic violence matters). Will consider expenses such as childcare, transportation, and health care as well as certain assets when determining financial eligibility for service. Income and asset limits do not apply to persons age 60 or older. Not all eligible cases can be taken. Office provides services to eligible persons living in or having legal issues in Belmont, Harrison, Jefferson, Monroe, and Noble counties.
