Manages a drop-in center for teens and young adults, regardless of gender expression or sexual orientation, who would like a safe space to socialize with other youth. Our medical providers offer Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services to patients to reduce the likelihood of contracting HIV. Our providers are also trained in providing Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) an emergency-based treatment for the prevention of HIV after possible exposure has occurred. Provides utility, rent and mortgage assistance. Programs are available for assistance for up to 5 months, for security deposits or 1st month's rent, and for subsidies for people who have applied for disability or are currently full-time students in a GED program, college, or other training program.

Helping Hands provides supportive services and up to 12 months of rental assistance. Harmony Place manages subsidized housing and supportive services at a 16-unit complex of 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom units for individuals and families. Shelter Plus Care provides subsidized housing certificates with supportive services.
