Our medical providers offer Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services to patients to reduce the likelihood of contracting HIV. Our providers are also trained in providing Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) an emergency-based treatment for the prevention of HIV after possible exposure has occurred. Offers a reentry program for individuals at risk of homelessness with severe and persistent mental illnesses or HIV diagnosis exiting the prison system. Supportive services include case management, behavioral healthcare, employment, reentry support, and rental subsidies for housing.

Provides skilled home nursing, home health aides (to assist with grooming, ambulation, personal care, and bathing), in-home physical, occupational, or speech therapy, and in-home respite care for eligible adults in need of these services. Also provides homemaker assistance (meal preparation, laundry and general household management including light housekeeping.) Services also include personal care and homemaking for adults with HIV/AIDS.

Provides two grocery bags of non-perishable food, food supplements, special fortified frozen meal delivery (5-day supply delivered each week), and 7 day home-delivered maintenance meals for the homebound (1 hot/1 cold -diabetic and low-sodium accommodated). Offers transportation for medical HIV-related appointments and nutrition counseling.

HelpLink 211 Dayton

Provides medications for the treatment of HIV/AIDS and in some cases, help with applying for other medication assistance programs. Medications are ordered through a mail order pharmacy. This program should be used as a last resort.
