Federally funded program that helps meet housing needs of individuals with HIV/AIDS. This housing program administers vouchers and other housing assitance for persons (or households with a person) who has AIDS/HIV. This program may have a wait list.

Provides case management to HIV positive persons. Offers support and referral to emergency assistance services including transportation, housing placement, nutrition, medical care, diagnostic monitoring, home health care and dental care.

Offers support services for persons with AIDS/HIV+ to include support groups, case management, education as well as emergency financial assistance.

Provides daily hot meals to persons who are unable to provide meals for themselves. Clients may choose from various menu options including home-style entree of the day (regular and diet), deli cold lunch (regular and diet), vegetarian entrees, mechanical soft, pureed, and kosher entrees. Weekly delivery of frozen meals is available for those who may have frequent medical appointments and treatments.

Programs are available for assistance for up to 5 months, for security deposits or 1st month's rent, and for subsidies for people who have applied for disability or are currently full-time students in a GED program, college, or other training program.

Our medical providers offer Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services to patients to reduce the likelihood of contracting HIV. Our providers are also trained in providing Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) an emergency-based treatment for the prevention of HIV after possible exposure has occurred. Helping Hands TBRA provides supportive services and a minimum of 12 months of rental assistance to a maximum of permanent assistance (dependent on need and funding availability) to people living with HIV who are housing unstable or homeless. Harmony Place manages subsidized housing and supportive services at a 16-unit complex of 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom units for individuals and families. Shelter Plus Care provides subsidized housing certificates with supportive services.

Provides a variety of food services for those with HIV/AIDS. Provides two grocery bags of non-perishable food, food supplements, special fortified frozen meal delivery (5-day supply delivered each week), and 7 day home-delivered maintenance meals for the homebound (1 hot/1 cold -diabetic and low-sodium accommodated).
