Offers anonymous HIV testing, screening, and pre and post-test counseling. Provides medical treatment, information and referrals to community resources, and mental health services to persons infected with HIV who are not yet showing symptoms of AIDS. Can work with individuals to secure medications through patient assistance or insurance programs. Provides case management services to HIV patients. Also offers HIV prevention education for groups.

Offers a mutual support group whose members are individuals who have AIDS/HIV. Serves a meal and provides an opportunity for participants to share information, practical tips for daily living and encouragement. Periodic outings (such as bowling, picnic, movies, and so forth) are held.

Ohio Hiv Drug Assistance Program (OHDAP) | Ohio Department Of Health

Provides medications for the treatment of HIV/AIDS and in some cases, help with applying for other medication assistance programs. Medications are ordered through a mail order pharmacy. This program should be used as a last resort.

Prep/Pep | Equitas Health

Our medical providers offer Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services to patients to reduce the likelihood of contracting HIV. Our providers are also trained in providing Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) an emergency-based treatment for the prevention of HIV after possible exposure has occurred. Helping Hands, Harmony Place, Shelter Plus Care | Canapi

Helping Hands TBRA provides supportive services and a minimum of 12 months of rental assistance to a maximum of permanent assistance (dependent on need and funding availability) to people living with HIV who are housing unstable or homeless. Harmony Place manages subsidized housing and supportive services at a 16-unit complex of 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom units for individuals and families. Shelter Plus Care provides subsidized housing certificates with supportive services.
