Our medical providers offer Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services to patients to reduce the likelihood of contracting HIV. Our providers are also trained in providing Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) an emergency-based treatment for the prevention of HIV after possible exposure has occurred. Provides current treatment information on experimental medical studies (including types of studies, locations and eligibility requirements) for individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Offers copies of federally approved HIV/AIDS treatment guidelines and information. Offers information in Spanish via web site and hotline.

Offers limited financial assistance for people living with HIV for utility bill payment assistance, mortgage payment assistance, and rent payment assistance.

Offers support services for persons with AIDS/HIV+ to include support groups, case management, education as well as emergency financial assistance.

Provides intensive outpatient chemical dependency treatment in a 3-phase service. In Phase 1, a complete assessment is done, and counseling and group interventions begin. In Phase 2, the focus is on a relapse prevention plan, positive coping skills, responsibility and sober life management. Parenting classes are offered to clients who are required to participate as part of their plan, and are also open to other participants who have children. Phase 3 focuses on self recovery, journaling, and family roles and relationship sessions. 12-step meetings, individual and couples counseling are primary components of the larger program. Program includes education on topics like domestic violence, dealing with trauma, health screenings, referrals to needed basic services (food, housing, etc.) Child care is not available during sessions currently due to COVID 19.

Provides anonymous and confidential HIV testing. Provides comprehensive case management to people living with HIV/AIDS. Services include emergency financial assistance, referrals for medical, dental, legal, and other community resources, counseling, support groups, activities and rental and utility assistance. Provides alcohol and other drug-free congregate living arrangements which facilitate the return to the community of individuals who are recovering from problems related to substance use disorder and who need ongoing support to sustain an abstinent lifestyle. Also has one location specifically for those who are living with AIDS/HIV.

Helps those who are able to live independently in the community to locate safe and affordable housing. Offers a directory of available housing facilities, public and private. Emergency financial assistance may be available to assist with meeting rent and/or utility payments and security deposits.

Offers anonymous HIV testing, screening, and pre and post-test counseling. Provides medical treatment, information and referrals to community resources, and mental health services to persons infected with HIV who are not yet showing symptoms of AIDS. Can work with individuals to secure medications through patient assistance or insurance programs. Provides case management services to HIV patients. Also offers HIV prevention education for groups.

Provides specialized case management services to people who are HIV positive and living at or below 300% of the federal poverty level. Assists clients with applying for financial assistance and other services. Call office for more information.

Provides the opportunity for those who have had HIV/AIDS for an extended period of time and who are doing relatively well to meet with others in their situation in a group that is facilitated by a professional and to get support and share concerns.

Provides pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to patients at risk for HIV to prevent getting HIV from sex or injection drug use. Also provides post-exposure prophylas (PEP) for individuals who have possibly been exposed to HIV. It is only for emergency situations. Provides health care to people at risk for HIV, free confidential HIV testing with results in 20 minutes, and health care and case management for those living with HIV/AIDS.
