Provides anonymous and confidential HIV testing. Provides comprehensive case management to people living with HIV/AIDS. Services include emergency financial assistance, referrals for medical, dental, legal, and other community resources, counseling, support groups, activities and rental and utility assistance. Hopwa - Housing Opportunities For Persons Living With Hiv/aids | Equitas Health

HOPWA assists Equitas Health clients and any HIV positive clients in paying rent, mortgage, electric, gas and water bills to prevent homelessness or interruption of utility service in an emergency situation. Case management services can include: budgeting, counseling, education, referrals to resources, advocacy, and transportation.

Nutrition And Transportation Program | Aids Taskforce Of Greater Cleveland

Provides a variety of food services for those with HIV/AIDS. Provides two grocery bags of non-perishable food, food supplements, special fortified frozen meal delivery (5-day supply delivered each week), and 7 day home-delivered maintenance meals for the homebound (1 hot/1 cold -diabetic and low-sodium accommodated). Offers transportation for medical HIV-related appointments and nutrition counseling.

Offers anonymous HIV testing, screening, and pre and post-test counseling. Provides medical treatment, information and referrals to community resources, and mental health services to persons infected with HIV who are not yet showing symptoms of AIDS. Can work with individuals to secure medications through patient assistance or insurance programs. Provides case management services to HIV patients. Also offers HIV prevention education for groups.

Beyond Identities | Aids Taskforce Of Greater Cleveland

Manages a drop-in center for teens and young adults, regardless of gender expression or sexual orientation, who would like a safe space to socialize with other youth. Seeks to prevent HIV and other STDs. Offers education, employment assistance, leadership opportunities, counseling, HIV testing and HIV/AIDS education programs. Provides recreation such as movies, game night, music and parties and offers programs on topics such as staying in school, preparing for college and occasionally offers tutoring.

Provides pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to patients at risk for HIV to prevent getting HIV from sex or injection drug use. Compass Services | Metrohealth Medical Center

Services include: Linkage to HIV testing (confidential, but not anonymous) and pre/post-test counseling. Offers counseling for those who have been newly diagnosed. Provides medical case management and help with HIV related medical, dental, and mental health visits and payments. The OHDAP (Ohio HIV Drug Assistance program) is also coordinated through our agency. This program provides financial aid for HIV related medications and some medical insurance premium payments and co-pays.
