Helping Hands TBRA provides supportive services and a minimum of 12 months of rental assistance to a maximum of permanent assistance (dependent on need and funding availability) to people living with HIV who are housing unstable or homeless. Harmony Place manages subsidized housing and supportive services at a 16-unit complex of 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom units for individuals and families. Shelter Plus Care provides subsidized housing certificates with supportive services.

Manages a drop-in center for teens and young adults, regardless of gender expression or sexual orientation, who would like a safe space to socialize with other youth. Provides skilled home nursing, home health aides (to assist with grooming, ambulation, personal care, and bathing), in-home physical, occupational, or speech therapy, and in-home respite care for eligible adults in need of these services. Also provides homemaker assistance (meal preparation, laundry and general household management including light housekeeping.) Services also include personal care and homemaking for adults with HIV/AIDS.
