Federally funded program that helps meet housing needs of individuals with HIV/AIDS. This housing program administers vouchers and other housing assitance for persons (or households with a person) who has AIDS/HIV. This program may have a wait list.

Provides medical case management and help with HIV related medical, dental, and mental health visits and payments. The OHDAP (Ohio HIV Drug Assistance program) is also coordinated through our agency. This program provides financial aid for HIV related medications and some medical insurance premium payments and co-pays.

Our medical providers offer Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services to patients to reduce the likelihood of contracting HIV. Our providers are also trained in providing Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) an emergency-based treatment for the prevention of HIV after possible exposure has occurred. Provides various resources for persons with HIV/AIDS and their families, including but not limited to: - Education, Support and Advocacy Programs for people living with HIV/AIDS. - Healing weekend retreats, healing days, wellness workshops, Leadership Training Program (Prepares persons affected by HIV to advocate for positive change). - Community Education. - Promotes AIDS Awareness. - Wellness Times. - Monthly newsletter of activities and information.

Advocates can assist with access to medical care, HIV prevention, education, labs, medication, transportation, housing, access to pantries, support groups, and mental health counseling for Ohioans living with HIV.

Community clinic that provides a variety of services, including: - General Primary Care. - Chronic Illness Management. - Geriatric Care. - Diagnostic Laboratory. - Physical and Health Screenings. - Coverage for Emergencies During and After hours. - Voluntary Family Planning. - Flu Shot and Immunizations. - Well Child Services. - Gynecological Care. - Obstetrical Care: Prenatal Care and Postpartum Care. - STD Testing. - HIV and Hepatitis C Treatment. - HIV Prevention (PReP). - Substance Use Disorder Treatment. - Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). -

Provides utility, rent and mortgage assistance. Programs are available for assistance for up to 5 months, for security deposits or 1st month's rent, and for subsidies for people who have applied for disability or are currently full-time students in a GED program, college, or other training program.

Provides one-on-one peer support to individuals that are HIV positive.

Helps those who are able to live independently in the community to locate safe and affordable housing. Offers a directory of available housing facilities, public and private. Emergency financial assistance may be available to assist with meeting rent and/or utility payments and security deposits.

Provides one-on-one nutrition and education counseling to help clients take control of their nutritional well-being and lesson the harsh side effects of medications, help the body's immune system fight opportunistic infections, prevent and stop malnutrition.

Provides financial assistance for medical care related to PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis), assistance in completing Truvada patient assistance program application, and transportation assistance to medical care related to PrEP.

Provides specialized case management services to people who are HIV positive and living at or below 300% of the federal poverty level. Assists clients with applying for financial assistance and other services. Call office for more information.

Offers a variety of support groups for people living with HIV.

Protects community health by providing anonymous and confidential HIV testing (OraSure/Oraquick) and counseling, and encouraging behavioral changes that reduce the risk of AIDS, other sexually transmitted diseases and tuberculosis. Services offered include outreach, pre and post-test counseling, counseling, referrals, information and condom distribution.

Rental subsidies and apartments available to adults who are disabled due to HIV/AIDS. Apartments have space for family members.

Offers support services for persons with AIDS/HIV+ to include support groups, case management, education as well as emergency financial assistance.

Provides intensive outpatient chemical dependency treatment in a 3-phase service. In Phase 1, a complete assessment is done, and counseling and group interventions begin. In Phase 2, the focus is on a relapse prevention plan, positive coping skills, responsibility and sober life management. Parenting classes are offered to clients who are required to participate as part of their plan, and are also open to other participants who have children. Phase 3 focuses on self recovery, journaling, and family roles and relationship sessions. 12-step meetings, individual and couples counseling are primary components of the larger program. Program includes education on topics like domestic violence, dealing with trauma, health screenings, referrals to needed basic services (food, housing, etc.) Child care is not available during sessions currently due to COVID 19.

Offers medical, dental and vision services for low-income residents in Columbus. Also provides short-term behavioral healthcare with counseling, group counseling and case management. Recovery supportive services available for those with substance use and addiction issues. Also assists with Medicaid enrollment. Provides HIV/STI testing and other prevention services, including PrEP. Provides HIV care and case management and linkage to care.
