Provides daily hot meals to persons who are unable to provide meals for themselves. Clients may choose from various menu options including home-style entree of the day (regular and diet), deli cold lunch (regular and diet), vegetarian entrees, mechanical soft, pureed, and kosher entrees. Weekly delivery of frozen meals is available for those who may have frequent medical appointments and treatments.

Provides a support group for men who are HIV positive.

Hosts a bi-weekly organic food pantry for low-income, HIV positive individuals residing in Summit and Portage counties. Offers fresh and organic fruit, vegetables, and raw meat to take home and prepare meals. Provides recipes and tips on cooking to interested clients. Works to help recipients gain control of their health and manage their HIV infections through nutrition.

Manages a drop-in center for teens and young adults, regardless of gender expression or sexual orientation, who would like a safe space to socialize with other youth. Seeks to prevent HIV and other STDs. Offers education, employment assistance, leadership opportunities, counseling, HIV testing and HIV/AIDS education programs. Provides recreation such as movies, game night, music and parties and offers programs on topics such as staying in school, preparing for college and occasionally offers tutoring.

Our medical providers offer Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services to patients to reduce the likelihood of contracting HIV. Our providers are also trained in providing Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) an emergency-based treatment for the prevention of HIV after possible exposure has occurred. Offers support services for persons with AIDS/HIV+ to include support groups, case management, education as well as emergency financial assistance.

Protects community health by providing anonymous and confidential HIV testing (OraSure/Oraquick) and counseling, and encouraging behavioral changes that reduce the risk of AIDS, other sexually transmitted diseases and tuberculosis. Services offered include outreach, pre and post-test counseling, counseling, referrals, information and condom distribution.

Provides various resources for persons with HIV/AIDS and their families, including but not limited to: - Education, Support and Advocacy Programs for people living with HIV/AIDS. - Healing weekend retreats, healing days, wellness workshops, Leadership Training Program (Prepares persons affected by HIV to advocate for positive change). - Community Education. - Promotes AIDS Awareness. - Wellness Times. - Monthly newsletter of activities and information.

Provides utility, rent and mortgage assistance. Programs are available for assistance for up to 5 months, for security deposits or 1st month's rent, and for subsidies for people who have applied for disability or are currently full-time students in a GED program, college, or other training program.

Provides pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to patients at risk for HIV to prevent getting HIV from sex or injection drug use. Also provides post-exposure prophylas (PEP) for individuals who have possibly been exposed to HIV. It is only for emergency situations. PEP must be started within 72 hours after a possible exposure to HIV

HIV prevention program that provides financial assistance to cover expenses related to PrEP medication costs, including: *Office and medical copays *Copays associated with required laboratory work *Prescription copays that are not covered by a patient assistance program *Medical services for people who are not eligible for insurance

Offers medical, dental and vision services for low-income residents in Columbus. Also provides short-term behavioral healthcare with counseling, group counseling and case management. Recovery supportive services available for those with substance use and addiction issues. Also assists with Medicaid enrollment. Provides HIV/STI testing and other prevention services, including PrEP. Provides HIV care and case management and linkage to care.

Provides a variety of food services for those with HIV/AIDS. Provides two grocery bags of non-perishable food, food supplements, special fortified frozen meal delivery (5-day supply delivered each week), and 7 day home-delivered maintenance meals for the homebound (1 hot/1 cold -diabetic and low-sodium accommodated). Offers transportation for medical HIV-related appointments and nutrition counseling.

Helps those who are able to live independently in the community to locate safe and affordable housing. Offers a directory of available housing facilities, public and private. Emergency financial assistance may be available to assist with meeting rent and/or utility payments and security deposits.

Provides education, information and a support group for individuals who are positive for HIV.

Provides alcohol and other drug-free congregate living arrangements which facilitate the return to the community of individuals who are recovering from problems related to substance use disorder and who need ongoing support to sustain an abstinent lifestyle. Also has one location specifically for those who are living with AIDS/HIV.

Provides information and resources regarding discrimination related to sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and HIV status. Selects cases that will have the greatest impact in protecting and advancing the rights of LGBTQ people and those with HIV. While Lambda Legal is not able to take every case, the Help Desk can discuss legal issues and can provide useful information. This assistance may include follow-up discussions with Lambda Legal attorneys or contact information for an attorney or for other organizations that may directly assist.

Offers anonymous HIV testing, screening, and pre and post-test counseling. Provides medical treatment, information and referrals to community resources, and mental health services to persons infected with HIV who are not yet showing symptoms of AIDS. Can work with individuals to secure medications through patient assistance or insurance programs. Provides case management services to HIV patients. Also offers HIV prevention education for groups.

Advocates can assist with access to medical care, HIV prevention, education, labs, medication, transportation, housing, access to pantries, support groups, and mental health counseling for Ohioans living with HIV.

Services include: Linkage to HIV testing (confidential, but not anonymous) and pre/post-test counseling. Offers counseling for those who have been newly diagnosed. Also provides HIV support groups as well as "Peer Navigation". This program links people who are newly diagnosed or need a little extra support to manage living with HIV with experienced people who have had HIV a long time and are doing well.

For those who qualify, provides short-term housing, utilities assistance (rent, gas, electric and water) and transportation assistance for people living with HIV.

Provides medications for the treatment of HIV/AIDS and in some cases, help with applying for other medication assistance programs. Medications are ordered through a mail order pharmacy. This program should be used as a last resort.

Legal services are provided during legal clinics. Referrals to community attorneys who offer pro bono or discounted services are also given.
