Services include: Linkage to HIV testing (confidential, but not anonymous) and pre/post-test counseling. Offers counseling for those who have been newly diagnosed. Also provides HIV support groups as well as "Peer Navigation". This program links people who are newly diagnosed or need a little extra support to manage living with HIV with experienced people who have had HIV a long time and are doing well.

Protects community health by providing anonymous and confidential HIV testing (OraSure/Oraquick) and counseling, and encouraging behavioral changes that reduce the risk of AIDS, other sexually transmitted diseases and tuberculosis. Services offered include outreach, pre and post-test counseling, counseling, referrals, information and condom distribution.

Provides information and resources regarding discrimination related to sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and HIV status. Selects cases that will have the greatest impact in protecting and advancing the rights of LGBTQ people and those with HIV. While Lambda Legal is not able to take every case, the Help Desk can discuss legal issues and can provide useful information. This assistance may include follow-up discussions with Lambda Legal attorneys or contact information for an attorney or for other organizations that may directly assist.

Provides anonymous and confidential HIV testing. Provides comprehensive case management to people living with HIV/AIDS. Services include emergency financial assistance, referrals for medical, dental, legal, and other community resources, counseling, support groups, activities and rental and utility assistance. Helps those who are able to live independently in the community to locate safe and affordable housing. Offers a directory of available housing facilities, public and private. Emergency financial assistance may be available to assist with meeting rent and/or utility payments and security deposits.

Offers free and anonymous HIV testing. Provides primary care, treatment, and case management to individuals with HIV/AIDS. Will provide prescriptions to clients. Also offers a monthly dinner and support group for those with HIV/AIDS called the "Free Zone".

Our medical providers offer Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services to patients to reduce the likelihood of contracting HIV. Our providers are also trained in providing Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) an emergency-based treatment for the prevention of HIV after possible exposure has occurred. Offers a reentry program for individuals at risk of homelessness with severe and persistent mental illnesses or HIV diagnosis exiting the prison system. Supportive services include case management, behavioral healthcare, employment, reentry support, and rental subsidies for housing.

Legal services are provided during legal clinics. Referrals to community attorneys who offer pro bono or discounted services are also given.

Our Health & Housing Advocates can assist with access to medical care, HIV prevention & education, labs, medication, transportation, housing, access to pantries, support groups, and mental health counseling for Ohioans living with HIV.

Provides current treatment information on experimental medical studies (including types of studies, locations and eligibility requirements) for individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Offers copies of federally approved HIV/AIDS treatment guidelines and information. Offers information in Spanish via web site and hotline.

Provides medications for the treatment of HIV/AIDS and in some cases, help with applying for other medication assistance programs. Medications are ordered through a mail order pharmacy. This program should be used as a last resort.

Rental subsidies and apartments available to adults who are disabled due to HIV/AIDS. Apartments have space for family members.

Provides health care to people at risk for HIV, free confidential HIV testing with results in 20 minutes, and health care and case management for those living with HIV/AIDS.

Provides utility, rent and mortgage assistance. Programs are available for assistance for up to 5 months, for security deposits or 1st month's rent, and for subsidies for people who have applied for disability or are currently full-time students in a GED program, college, or other training program.

Provides medications to treat HIV and HIV-related conditions. Also assists individuals who are HIV positive and have an HIV-related emergency need in the following areas: medical services, limited dental services and limited mental health services.

Offers support services for persons with AIDS/HIV+ to include support groups, case management, education as well as emergency financial assistance.
