Harmony Place manages subsidized housing and supportive services at a 16-unit complex of 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom units for individuals and families. Shelter Plus Care provides subsidized housing certificates with supportive services.

Advocates for the rights of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBTQ+) community. Provides HIV screening and testing, risk reduction counseling, and education. Provides housing and housing stability services for individuals who are living with HIV and LGBTQ+ youth. Offers community outreach and community referrals. Provides a nutrition program which includes a bi-weekly organic food pantry for low-income individuals living with HIV. Hosts seminars, educational meetings, and social events.
