The HOPWA program is not available to people living in subsidized housing or people who have accessed the PIPP program. Strict eligibility guidelines: -REQUIRED: documentation of proof of attempted assistance at another local agency for rent/mortage &/or utilities PRIOR to applying through Equitas Health (EX: Catholic Charities, Community Action, Salvation Army) -CANNOT be receiving any form of subsidized housing -CANNOT be receiving/or have accessed PIPP assistance
