Provides an online searchable database of certified Driver Intervention Programs (DIP). DIP is a sentencing alternative to the minimum mandatory 3-day jail term for first offense OVI/DUI convictions. A 6-day DIP is also available. The DIP curriculum includes education and small group discussions that focus on the symptoms of drug or alcohol abubse, treatment and self-help resources, and the legal consequences of driving while impaired.

Qualifies to fulfill court-ordered attendance at a DUI offender program or Victim Impact Panel (VIP) program. Provides a monthly printed report of attendees that will be forwarded to the courts.

Provides an alcohol diversion program that combines education about alcohol abuse and use as well as 20 hours of community service for young adults. Once the program is completed and if there are no other legal incriminations, the charges will be dismissed.
