Description

Provides an intensive educational program for those convicted with Operating a Vehicle under the Influence (OVI), also known as driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or other drugs. The program is a court-ordered alternative to the 3-day jail sentence that accompanies a first-time offense. Includes traffic safety education on alcohol and other drug use and addiction, and small group discussions. Offers a 72 hour process of education and screening, and may also include a referral for a complete alcohol and other drug assessment.
