Young Adult Alcohol Diversion Program | Rocky River City Of - Municipal Court

Provides an alcohol diversion program that combines education about alcohol abuse and use as well as 20 hours of community service for young adults. Once the program is completed and if there are no other legal incriminations, the charges will be dismissed.

Eligibility

Adults 18 and older but generally only up to 21 years old. Serves those with DUI offenses and who have not previously been convicted of any criminal offenses, and have not previously been convicted of any of the following alcohol related traffic offenses: DUI/BAC/OVI, OMVUAC. Additionally, must not have any pending criminal or alcohol related traffic offenses in any Court.
