Items available vary, but will generally have walkers, wheelchairs (power and manual), toilet seats, bedside commodes, incontinence supplies (adult diapers, bedding protection, etc.), glucose monitors, crutches, 4-prong canes and bath seats. Items can be borrowed for as long as an individual may need the item. Return of item(s) is encouraged; however, not required.

Provides assistance to low-income individuals who need mobility equipment such as prostheses, wheelchairs, van lifts, minor home and vehicle modifications for handicap accessibility (including walk-in showers, not walk-in bathtubs), and ramps. May also provide assistive computer technology.

Collects and loans previously owned medical, adaptive equipment and supplies at no cost to older adults in need. Accepts wheelchairs, walkers, canes, bedside commodes, shower benches, incontinence supplies and other assistive devices. Does not accept any electrical equipment (motorized hospital beds, chair lifts, etc).

When available, loans good condition recycled wheelchairs, mobility aids, such as walkers and canes, and other durable medical equipment.

Offers assistance to Clark County individuals with permanent physical/ intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Our emphasis is on children. As funds allow, assistance also to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Limited funds are available for adults with physical disabilities. The program offers limited financial assistance in the purchases of prescribed equipment and services not covered under insurance plans or through other public assistance, also offers assistance with summer camp/enrichment fees for children, teens and young adults with disabilities. Provides Grants-to-Teachers to Clark County & City public school special ed teachers of elementary, middle and high school classrooms.

Provides several types of mobility and safety equipment. Items available through this program include walkers, wheelchairs (standard), bath benches, grab bars, elevated toilet seats, commodes, daily living aids, and cooling equipment (a cooling apparatus such as a vest, collar or wristband) to provide temporary cooling relief.

Loans crutches, wheelchairs, and walkers to those who need them. - Accepts donations and return of mobility items in serviceable condition to be loaned out to other individuals in need.

Offers a free white cane to any individual who is blind. Also sells Braille watches, talking clocks, and other aids online. Provides information, literature and advice regarding mobility aides to individuals who are newly blind and their families.

Agency loans assistive medical equipment to anyone in need on a temporary basis at no charge. Includes wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, toilet and personal care equipment. No electric wheel chairs, scooters or reclining beds.

Provides necessary home healthcare equipment and supplies that are required by people who are coping with the effects of a chronic health condition or disability or are convalescing following surgery or illness. Offers respiratory equipment, wheelchairs and components, mobility products, and aids to daily living. Specializes in CPAP and oxygen supplies.

Provides a shop that sells low vision aids such as white canes, talking clocks and watches, other talking devices, magnifiers, and other assistive devices.

Offers a variety of programs that are sponsored/provided by organizations within the community. Current programs available are: - Special Riders, provides individuals with severe physical disabilities the opportunity to ride horses. Volunteers and staff work in teams of three to facilitate a safe horseback riding experience for participants. We have spring and fall sessions available. - Equipment Loan, offers loan items to individuals recovering from surgeries or other health related issues at no cost for up to 3 months. . - Caregiver Support Group
