Serves Vietnam Veterans who are: - Blind/legally blind. - Paralyzed. - Have an amputation. - Burned over 50% of the body. - Severe traumatic brain injury. - Life threatening illness linked to Agent Orange exposure.
- Copy of DD214. - Photo ID (front and back). - Completed application. - VA Summary of Benefits letter and disability breakdown letter OR signed note from medical provider stating diagnosis.

Offers financial assistance to Vietnam Veterans from any U.S. military Service branches who are injured from combat. Assistance includes: - Housing Grants: provides modifications, repairs, and adaptive home updates. - Family Support Grants: offers financial assistance for rent or mortgage. - Medical Care Grants: offers financial assistance to pay expenses not covered by insurance or VA. - Transportation Grants: provides adaptive vehicle or modifications to existing vehicle and vehicle repairs.
