Provides adaptive and medical equipment for those persons who are disabled and in need. Items available vary, but will generally have walkers, wheelchairs (power and manual), toilet seats, bedside commodes, incontinence supplies (adult diapers, bedding protection, etc.), glucose monitors, crutches, 4-prong canes and bath seats. Items can be borrowed for as long as an individual may need the item. Return of item(s) is encouraged; however, not required

Phone M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm for information, to check on availability of needed items, and for an appointment to pick up items. Consumers who cannot pick up items for themselves can send someone else to pick up the items for them.

Persons who have a physical or mental disability in Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake counties. Client can only receive one item or 1 month of incontinence supplies, once per year.
