Administers and enforces tax laws and regulates statutes established by the City of Cuyahoga Falls. All City of Cuyahoga Falls tax payments and tax forms, for current and prior tax years, are to be sent to Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA). Residents are encouraged to utilize RITA’s electronic filing and payment system.

Provides payment options to persons owning property in Montgomery County. The semi annual property tax bill can be paid one of the three ways: monthly, monthly via electronic funds transfer (EFT); or semi-annually via electronic funds transfer.
