Required to file a City of Cuyahoga Falls income tax return: - All residents of the City of Cuyahoga Falls age 18 and over. - All non-residents who own a business in City of Cuyahoga Falls. - All non-residents who own rental property in City of Cuyahoga Falls. - All non-residents who work in the City of Cuyahoga Falls and tax is not withheld at all by another municipality. - All non-residents who work in the City of Cuyahoga Falls and tax withheld by another municipality at less than 2%. Not required to file a City of Cuyahoga Falls income tax return: - Minors ages 17 and under. - Retirees With No Taxable Income. However, you must file an exemption form the first year of retirement.
