Services can include assessment, medical evaluation, case management, counseling, medications, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), withdrawal management (detox), educational groups, referral and linkage to other community services. Program is designed to keep someone in a crisis from escalating into a possible arrest and possible involvement of the justice system. Staff work with the individual to stabilize the symptoms and connect or reconnect to ongoing care. Detoxification from drugs is offered if needed.

Provides 24 hour support to address the needs of victims of violent crime (such as rape, incest, domestic violence, assault, stalking, drunk driving, hate crimes, and others). Trained advocates provide information and referrals, support, and education. Works to treat survivors fairly and with respect when accessing all services.

Assists a limited number of patients with Medically Assisted Treatment (Suboxone and Subutex for pregnant women), home-based medication management and education, referrals to individual counseling within the agency, and home-based supportive services (case managements).

Services include inpatient teaching, outpatient individual and group sessions, phone consultation, support groups, and classes on topics such as acute and chronic complications, insulin and oral hypoglycemia medicine, testing methods, diet, personal hygiene, exercise, and psychosocial adjustment.

Provides supplemental food vouchers, nutrition education, counseling, support and referral services to eligible women, children, fathers, and kinship caregivers. Nursing mothers are provided with information and education on breastfeeding. Also offers speakers who discuss the program and the value of good nutrition and breastfeeding. During the summer, also provides a supplemental voucher to client for fruits and vegetables from selected local growers (Farmers' Market Nutrition Program) - these are only available while supplies last.
