Sponsors housing counseling agencies who provide free or low cost assistance to homeowners at risk of losing their homes through foreclosure or who are already in the foreclosure process. Services may include assessment of the homeowner's financial situation and development of a plan to address issues; counseling regarding foreclosure avoidance options and/or options that involve leaving the home; advocacy with lenders, when necessary; and referrals to other foreclosure prevention resources.

Provides public library services for Cincinnati and Hamilton County residents, including borrowing library materials, internet and computer use, meeting and study rooms, on-site enrichment, and community programming. Select locations offer Makerspaces, providing access to workspaces with specialized tools, materials, and equipment, such as 3D printers, heat presses, sewing machines, laser cutters, button makers, etc.

Provides one of six managed health care plans serving Medicaid consumers in Kentucky through a contract with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Managed care plans process health insurance claims and provide prior authorization and other services for their recipients.
